had a great stay for 2 nights! breakfast was super tasty n well presented with a good variety for all diets. room was clean, comfy bed and nice bath/shower. staff were really friendly n helpful which made things more enjoyable. liked the chill vibes in the bar/dining area. It’s quiet even being close to the road!
the dinner menu was just okay, and it wouldve been better to have separate shampoo/conditioner instead of a 2-in-1. overall, we enjoyed it but watch out for the dinner options.

We had a lovely stay here with our large family and our precious dog. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax after a day of exploring Chepstow. There was also plenty of parking available, making our arrival hassle-free.
In my kids' opinion, a refrigerator in the room would have been amazing for keeping snacks fresh.

Great stay with friendly vibes
This was my second visit, and it did not disappoint! Rooms were well-kept and cozy, with comfy beds. The staff were super welcoming, and the food in the pub area was tasty and fresh. Minor bummer though, had to walk a bit to the room from check-in, which isn’t ideal if you have bags.

It was just an ideal choice for short visits in Chepstow with extraordinarily good value for money. The location is great, right between the racetrack and the town centre. For night owls, ensure you grab a room away from the beer garden for some quiet.

Conveniently located, this place offers cozy accommodations with spotlessly clean rooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly. the young lady at check-in was particularly accommodating, ensuring we had a ground-floor room for ease. Breakfast included delicious freshly prepared salads and hot items served to order, adding to a satisfying start to the day. the rooms are on the smaller side, and the bedside tables could be more spacious.

Had a smashing time enjoying the delightful variety on the breakfast menu and the tasty grub at the restaurant—definitely worth your while! Plus, the clean and spacious Standard Double Room was a treat after a long day of exploring Chepstow.
The service in the bar was buzzing but felt overwhelmed with too few staff. They were friendly and all, but it made for a wait that tested my patience a bit.

Had a blast with my friends at the lodge! We explored fantastic nearby hiking trails and enjoyed a lovely dinner at a local restaurant. The staff worked hard and the wifi was reliable, perfect for sharing our adventures online.

great stay but room access could improve
The staff were friendly and checked me in quickly. The room had excellent soundproofing which ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite being nearby the main road.
Access to the room involved a short walk across the car park.
